action vs. labor injustice (aktion ./. arbeitsunrecht) is a German non-profit organisation based in Cologne. We shed light on the dark side of the German workplace.

We fight for democracy and human rights in the industry and on the shop floor.
Germany likes to portray itself as a social market economy in which social partnership, human rights, and fairness are prioritized. But the reality is different for many workers—depending on how far down they are in the food chain (also known as the “optimized supply chain”).
We are financially independent of foundations, political parties, labor unions, and government or quasi-governmental institutions. That’s why we can speak plainly and freely, without any second thoughts. We don’t have to worry that our funding will be cut if we’re too controversial—because we don’t receive any funding.
That’s why we rely all the more on people like you.
We need 1,400 euros per month to build an English-language channel for the action vs. labor injustice.
- We’ll produce a radio/podcast show (labor injustice FM | arbeitsunrecht FM), blog posts, and social media content.
- We’ll provide foreign workers with tips and background information to help them navigate the jungle of German labor law.
- We’ll expose individual cases and bring malicious practices to light.
For this, we urgently need your support. We’re looking for:
